Please read before starting your application for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP):

  • Rent and utility assistance is available for eligible Washington County residents affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. 
  • Please complete all information on the application and submit documentation as requested to ensure a complete and accurate application. You must complete the application to 100% and click “Submit” or else your application will not be submitted for review.
  • Once submitted, a Blueprints team member will contact you to review program specifics. It may take 5-7 business days to receive a call regarding your application.
  • Please check your email frequently, make sure your telephone’s voicemail is set up and your mailbox is not full.
  • If you lack the resources necessary to apply online, you may contact Southwestern Pennsylvania Legal Aid where you can make an appointment to receive assistance with your application by calling 724.225.6170.
